Naruto Shippuuden and Bleach are perfect complementary series. Hibari and Sasuke are alike: they both don't socialize with other members of their team but they are very powerful and both have negative thoughts and fight a lot.
Basically, if you want a good all-around anime on par with Naruto Shippuuden then Bleach is the show to watch. These two fit together well because of that.
