Another thing that was quite annoying was the author's constant repetition of how "Arsène Lupin is not afraid" and how he "laughs in the face of danger", followed almost immediately with the description of the said character having something that looks like a panic attack (maybe the author thought he was being clever and that he was succeeding in showing a laughter, but in that case I forgot that I can add audiobooks here, too!
